1. Introduction

Welcome to Eirvon Tech Services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Services Provided

Eirvon Tech Services offers professional technology solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Custom website development and Odoo solutions
  • Hosting setup and domain configuration
  • E-commerce platform integration
  • Software customization and IT consulting
  • IT support, cybersecurity, and automation services
  • Workforce training and certification programs
  • Ongoing technical support and maintenance

All services are provided per individual service agreements, proposals, or published service descriptions.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Use our services in a lawful and ethical manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Accept full responsibility for activities conducted under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

  • Payments are due as specified in invoices or agreements.
  • Late payments may incur fees and could result in service suspension.
  • Recurring services may require upfront payment for the full billing cycle.
  • All pricing is listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Work products remain the property of Eirvon Tech Services until all invoices are paid in full.
  • Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for the intended business purpose.
  • Resale, redistribution, or modification without written consent is prohibited.

6. Service Reliability

We strive to maintain reliable and uninterrupted services but cannot guarantee absolute uptime. Outages may occur due to maintenance, third-party providers, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified of scheduled maintenance where possible.

7. Refunds, Corrections, and Liability for Damage

  • All purchases of services are non-refundable.
  • If issues arise during service delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to correct them.
  • If an issue cannot be fixed, service credits may be considered at our discretion.
  • If we cause damage to your equipment while performing services, we will replace the item with one of equal value or provide an equivalent solution.
  • Diagnostic fees and project deposits (30%) are strictly non-refundable once work has begun.

8. Scheduling and Delivery

  • Services are delivered by appointment.
  • Customers must ensure access and availability at the scheduled time.
  • Missed appointments without 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Eirvon Tech Services is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Data loss or service interruption caused by third parties.
  • Issues arising from third-party hosting providers, software, or platforms.
    Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in dispute.

10. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Non-payment or repeated late payments
  • Abuse of services, systems, or staff
    Clients may terminate services at any time, subject to notice requirements in their agreements.

11. Promotional Pricing Terms

  • Promotional pricing is valid only during the advertised period.
  • Discounted services must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Bundles are non-refundable once any included service has been delivered.
  • Unused time in prepaid bundles or passes does not roll over beyond the promotional period unless agreed in writing.
  • Eirvon Tech Services may end or modify promotions at any time.

12. SMS/MMS Disclosure

  • By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from Eirvon Tech Services.
  • Message frequency may vary based on updates, scheduling, or promotions.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You may opt out anytime by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and the State of Texas, where Eirvon Tech Services is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Saint Louis, MO or Cedar Hill, TX, depending on the primary service location.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
