Key Duties & Responsibilities

·         • Participate in prompt engineering exercises using AI chat or image tools.

·         • Help set up or test AI workflows integrated into productivity platforms.

·         • Review trends in AI tools and prepare basic comparison summaries.

·         • Support internal AI pilot projects with monitoring and data tracking.

·         • Maintain accurate records and best practices for ethical AI usage.

Job Summary

The Operations Support Specialist – Cybersecurity is an entry-level position designed for individuals interested in pursuing a career in cybersecurity. This hands-on role will expose the trainee to core cybersecurity functions including threat detection, log analysis, and basic security monitoring. Trainees will work under supervision to support IT security operations while gaining practical experience with security tools, risk identification, and digital hygiene best practices. This role is ideal for someone new to the field seeking real-world exposure in a security-focused environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

·         • Assist with reviewing security alerts and logs in SIEM platforms under supervision.

·         • Support vulnerability scans and documentation of findings.

·         • Shadow incident response simulations and take notes on processes.

·         • Document basic asset inventory and risk status reports.

·         • Participate in digital forensics practice exercises with supervision.

·         • Perform basic malware research and security news briefings.

·         • Learn and document standard operating procedures related to cybersecurity tools.
