Position Overview

We are seeking IT Training Instructors to lead hybrid training courses for CompTIA certifications including A+, Network+, Security+, and Project+.

This role blends technical instruction with mentorship and student support.

You will teach in person and online, guide students through hands-on work, and help them prepare for certification exams.

This is a contractor role with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

Teach structured courses for certifications such as

A+

Network+

Security+

Project+

Additional courses depending on experience

Lead virtual and in-person sessions

Guide students through labs and practical examples

Support learners with coaching, Q&A, and study strategies

Track attendance and student progress

Communicate any concerns to Eirvon staff

Contribute to curriculum improvement

Create a supportive learning environment grounded in encouragement and accountability

Qualifications

Active CompTIA certification such as

A+

Network+

Security+

Project+

Strong understanding of IT fundamentals

Comfort teaching both online and in person

Clear and professional communication

Teaching or mentoring experience preferred

Commitment to earning additional certifications as needed

Professional attitude and reliability

Preferred Experience

Multiple IT certifications

Teaching adult learners

Hands-on IT support experience

Experience with LMS platforms such as Odoo or CompTIA Learn

This role supports the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring smooth workflows across departments, managing documentation, assisting with project tracking, and helping coordinate internal communications and task management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support across departments

  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and coordination of internal meetings

  • Maintain task tracking systems (such as Jira and Microsoft To Do) and follow up on deadlines

  • Support onboarding processes for employees and partners

  • Help manage CRM entries and updates within Odoo

  • Track and organize incoming communications (email and Teams) to appropriate teams

  • Assist with preparations of reports, process updates, and internal SOPs

  • Support inventory and vendor coordination as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
